DBV Technologies proudly welcomes Mr. David Schilansky as its new Chief Financial Officer

Bagneux, December 6, 2011 - DBV Technologies announces the arrival of David Schilansky – starting December 19 - as Chief Financial Officer and as such, will supervise all financial activities of the company as well as partnerships and Business Development initiatives. David will be a member of the Executive Committee.
"The integration of David Schilansky to DBV's management team will allow the company to pursue its structuration and improve its governance. It allows furthermore, for DBV to set itself into gear for the next essential development steps that will take place during 2012. The arrival of David brings an essential contribution to the company at a time when DBV Technologies wants to give a new impulse to its development in Europe and in the United States" has said Pierre-Henri Benhamou, CEO of DBV Technologies.
Prior to joining DBV Technologies, David Schilansky was Deputy CFO of Ipsen, that he joined in 2006. David has held important positions within the Finance & Administrative Department, and participated in several external growth transactions as well as the creation of an Investor Relations Department. In 2011, David also served as interim CFO and member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining Ipsen, David spent three years at UBS Warburg, in Mergers & Acquisitions, and three years at Thomson as Investor Relations’ Officer. David graduated both from Paris Dauphine University and the Imperial College London.
